Our Simpson Road facility is fully fenced and gated, with restricted after-hours access, on-site security personnel who live on the property, and digital video surveillance running around the clock. We also know coastal BC weather brings a lot of rain and humidity through the fall and winter, so we encourage tenants storing furniture, documents, or electronics to use protective covers and pallets, both of which we sell right at the counter along with boxes, tape, bubble wrap, and locks.

Our office is open Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm, and Sunday from 10 am to 4 pm. Gate access is restricted outside of posted hours as part of our security setup, so check with our team about after hours access when you book.
It depends on what you are storing. A 5×5 unit suits seasonal boxes and small furniture, a 10×10 holds the contents of a one-bedroom apartment, and a 10×20 fits what you would expect from a full one-car garage. Call us or book a tour, and we will walk the options with you in person.
Yes. We offer short-term daily and weekly agreements, standard monthly rentals, long-term plans, and custom business agreements, so you are never locked into more commitment than you actually need.
We do not provide insurance on stored belongings. Most tenants find their existing home or renter’s insurance policy covers offsite storage, or they can arrange a policy through an outside broker.
Yes, our Simpson Road location includes an outdoor lot for RVs, motorhomes, travel trailers, campers, boats, and specialty trailers, which is especially handy given how many Fraser Valley residents head out to Cultus Lake or Chilliwack Lake through the summer.
No damage deposit is required. There is a one-time, non-refundable $25 setup fee at move-in instead.
