Rent is due and payable on your move-in anniversary date each month. We offer a wide variety of convenient payment options, including:

No damage deposit required! We do, however, charge a one-time setup fee of $25, which is non-refundable. This keeps your initial costs low and gets you moved in quickly.

We strongly recommend insurance coverage for your stored belongings, as we cannot insure your personal property. Your existing homeowner’s or renter’s insurance policy may provide some coverage for items in storage. We recommend reviewing your policy with your insurance provider.

If you need additional coverage, we can recommend local insurance brokers who specialize in storage insurance and would be happy to help you find appropriate coverage for your needs.

You may bring your own lock if you prefer, but we also sell a variety of high-quality locks at each of our facilities in Abbotsford and Salmon Arm for your convenience. Our staff can recommend the best lock type for your specific storage unit and security needs.

Only authorized individuals can access your storage unit. During the rental process, you can designate additional people who are authorized to access your unit. These individuals will need to provide proper identification and may need to be added to your rental agreement.
