We know what goes into owning a recreational vehicle: the research before you bought it, the trips you’ve planned around it, the money you’ve put into keeping it running well. And part of keeping it running well for years to come is choosing the right storage solution.
That’s why our outdoor RV lots at Abbotsford Simpson Rd, Abbotsford Townline Rd, and Salmon Arm are built specifically for recreational vehicles rather than treated as an afterthought next to our regular storage units. On-site security personnel live at our facilities around the clock, and every lot sits behind alarmed perimeter fencing with digital video surveillance and controlled access entry, so your investment is watched over even when you’re not the one watching it.
Whether you’re parking a compact tent trailer for the winter or a full Class A coach between cross-country trips, we have the outdoor space and the security to protect it:
Class A motorhomes typically can vary drastically in size, but our outdoor lots are sized to fit coaches at the larger end of that range with enough room to smoothly move in and out. Smaller Class B campervans and Class C units fit just as easily, so however you’ve built out your rig, we can find it a spot that suits its footprint.
Travel trailers and truck campers come off the road at the end of a trip carrying road grime, and sun exposure over a full off-season fades finishes and dries out seals faster than most owners expect. Our monitored outdoor lots keep your trailer or camper out of the driveway and away from casual theft, while still giving you straightforward access when you’re ready to hook back up.
Tent trailers and pop-up campers are light enough to store between weekend trips rather than only at season’s end, and a lot of our customers do exactly that. If you’re the kind of camper who’s out most long weekends from May through September, a nearby outdoor spot means you’re not hauling the trailer home and re-parking it every time.
Fishing boats, sailboats, and personal watercraft each have their own storage quirks, from trailer tongue weight to mast height, and we work with you directly to find a spot that fits your specific vessel rather than generic storage. For anyone running the Shuswap or heading out to the Fraser Valley’s lakes and rivers each season, this is your space.
Utility trailers, horse trailers, and other specialty units round out our RV lots. If it’s a recreational or hauling trailer rather than a daily-use vehicle, there’s very likely a spot for it here.

We work with however long you actually need the space, not a one-size-fits-all term:
Planning a quick winter getaway but need somewhere safe to park your RV in the meantime? Our flexible short-term options suit seasonal storage or parking between trips without locking you into a long agreement.
Storing your RV for an extended period gets you the same on-site security and monitoring as our short-term customers, with rates built for the longer stay.
We’ll sit down with you to find a size and term that fits your budget, so you’re not paying for more space than your rig actually needs.
Access follows set gate hours rather than running around the clock, and those hours vary by location, so check with your specific facility for its current schedule, especially if you’re planning an early-morning trip.
We don’t provide insurance on stored vehicles ourselves. If your RV is registered and on the road in BC, your existing policy or ICBC coverage may already extend to storage, but it’s worth confirming comprehensive coverage with your insurer or broker before you drop it off.
It depends on the unit. A Class A motorhome in the 30 to 40 foot range generally needs a 10×40 space to park comfortably with room to manoeuvre, while smaller trailers and campers often fit a 10×20. If you’re not sure, book a facility tour, and we’ll help you figure out the right fit before you sign anything.
Yes. We store fishing boats, sailboats, and personal watercraft alongside RVs and trailers at our outdoor lots, and we’ll work with you on trailer length and towing setup to find a spot that suits your specific vessel.
No damage deposit. There’s a one-time, non-refundable setup fee when you move in, and after that it’s just your regular rent.
Yes. Our agreements are flexible, so if a short-term booking turns into something longer (or the other way around), just talk to your location, and we’ll adjust the term.
Reserve online by location, or call your nearest facility directly. If you’d like to see the space in person first, we’re happy to set up a tour and walk through sizing options with you before you commit.
